While making an appointment booking

While making an appointment booking, we may use Personal Information including, Patient name, age, Gender, Blood Group, Payment Method. Further it is clarified that we do not collect credit card information on our website. Credit card information will be collected by the third party payment processing site .We may also use the information of Patient list as available/linked with your account. This information is presented to the User at the time of making a appointment booking to enable you to complete your bookings expeditiously.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes but not limited to:

1. to send you a welcome e-mail/message and to verify ownership of the e-mail address/ mobile number provided when your user account was created;
